...But there's more sodding key combinations for LOMAC than there are to get into a high secure hospital :p
I can switch a couple onto joystick buttons when I finally work out what's important and what's not, but even then it's pretty complicated.
I thought I was pretty good at flight sims - started off on MS Flight Simulator 3 (lol), went into EF2000, F/A Hornet and F-22 Raptor... but man, this is tricky. Really tricky. I'm currently flying the training missions on Veteran level, and it's a toughie.
Also, the AGM-65 training mission is bust. I've worked out how to use them thanks to the AIM-9 mission, but is there anything in there that I've missed (other than move designator around with , . / ; use TAB to designate, CTRL+TAB to remove lock. When locked on, wait for complete circle and JB2 to fire)?
Anyone got any general tips on what's useful to have on a joystick's buttons and what's not? After fire and release weapon, I've got 6 buttons left.
Haven't even begun to play with the F-15 yet, the A-10 is complicated enough and that thing has no sodding radar. (Also, the Su-25 is a rusty pile of shit... no fracking HUD?! I mean seriously, my Fiat *panda* could be fitted with a smegging HUD if I was bored enough).
Forgotten how good (and how utterly frustrating) LOMAC is... But seriously. Halp!
