ive been meaning to post this for a long time.. but kept forgetting :oops:

pitchspeed doesnt NOT in any way affect the speed with which your crosshair moves upwards while shooting... your confusing it with recoil hack lol.

what it is is that if you use your keyboard to control your crosshair.. it is the speed with which your crosshair moves upwards/downwards when you press the look up/look down keys.

but if you do not use your keyboard to move your corsshair.. it is of no use to you.

so frank.. stop telling people to set their pictch speed to a certain value.. becuase it doesnt do shit. :P

Btw, what makes your spreading smaller n stuff then?
Cause someone I know ( not saying any (nick)names ) who doesnt want to give his config to me, has a very small spreading etc...?

lol hes either got a hack.. or hes bulshitting frank.. you cannot reduce the spreading of your bullets.. unless afcourse your cheating..

I found this on some strange website:

Changing cg_fov
Type ''cg_fov'' in console, and try to increase this value. Yep, it's ''cheat protected''. For those who don't know what fov does: fov can help your game, as you can see more, and in fights you are disoriented less. So how do we unlock this feature?
Fire up your favorite hex-editor, open cgamex86.dll (it's in the folder where you have installed the game) and search for ''cg_fov''. Next to it is the default value of ''80'', change it to ''99''.
Ps. You can't change it to a higher value than 99.

Actually, pitchspeed is punkbuster monitored as it was in fact being used in conjunction with the +attack combo to make a fake recoil hack.

changin fov is about as much use as a water proof teabag.

i changed my fov along with getting rid of my weapon and it made the world of difference, except at extreme ranges.
It gives you a hell of alot more screen to view incoming attacks.
Also it's not limited to 99 you can get it to 100
