Would a good idea be for trail persons to use "recruit" tags ?

Personally i think the "r" looks awful. We used to use it alot back in the day but then got rid of it.

We know who's a new recruit and i think that's all that matters. :D

How about little t's for recruits and big t's for members e.g.
[t&t] for recruits

Recruit or not, I don't want people feeling singled out, or not part of the team. That's what I think special recruit tags do.

I know who's a new recruit, and if we all keep up to date on the forums, so should everyone else!

I think just the one tag should be enough.
