So, whats the general conscensus on the new BF game?
Personally i like it. The dropships are easier to fly, the vehicles look damn cool and there's plenty of scope for varying types of games.

Oh and the billy whizz steps out the Titans before they blow is always funny as people shove you out the way.

I like BF2142. It looks good and runs smoother than BF2. Really enjoyed defending the Titan with Wes last night. Just like the opening scenes in Star Wars!!

But - the gameplay was a bit too hectic (a reason I never got into UT2004) and I got annoyed at getting killed so many times from ppl I never even saw.

However - I still prefer BF2. There's more room for skill in BF2 (jets etc) and the gameplay is a bit slower paced than BF2142.

Admittedly 2142 is faster and more hectic, gotta agree with you there matey, but overall i like the gameplay. It reminds me a bit of Tribes2 and Planetside but with less people.

It is annoying when you die and can't see the bugger that killed you, but that happens on BF2 aswell.

Maybe we should switch between the 2? As i miss BF2 :)

wow is good ive been playing for well over a year now, but requires stupid amounts of time to do the smallest things. bf2142 is entertaining me much more atm..

Haz NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOooooooooooooooooooo i played wow from beta release and finally saw sense after pointless ingrates and levelling that it was the same old poo, admittedly pretty good poo but alas i met a bunch of folk who turned out to be total dicks.

So i came wimpering back to MKP with me tail between me legs and was welcomed back with open arms and a sever beating from Exo's goat
