Hopped into RoF last night after completing my W7 reinstall to see if a RAID array sped up loading times at all (it did, a fair bit).
Gotta say I'm really quite impressed with the changes they've made to the GUI and general user-friendliness of the game. It's a far cry from how things were in December, when I last gave it a shot.
Definitely up for spreading the ol' wings a little next week, Tuesday afternoon/evening should be good for me if anyone fancies it?
My landline is new so the speed hasn't fully settled yet, but I appear to be pulling 16-17 mbps down and around 1-2mbps up. Should be ample to host a small-scale mission or map.
Failing that I'll hop onto whatever's happening on Tuesday, but a chance to fly in RoF again with T&T would be ace.
