Errors I have learned some stuff about...
10017:File transfer error - appears to be related to the incoming\outgoing network settings you see in "startup.cfg" and can access from Rof launcher\settings\network tab (towards the bottom).
10019 errors during mission swaps (custom or stock) not found what affectsthis, thought it was related to the speed the server loads the missions before pushing the files to the clients, but upping the delay did not stop them appearing, though they seem less prevelant if the server is less populated, so possibly a bandwidth issue too, but players can re-connect immediately the server moves onto the next mission.
10009 and 10028 appear to be client side errors rather than server side.
Not been able to trace anything about servers kicking the player back to their menu screen, but these have been less for me on Hussars since the re-install, though it still happens sometimes, so It may be either server, client or internet related.
