As the topic says really - a Core2 Duo E6750 (2.66Ghz, 1333Mhz FSB, 2Mb L2 Cache), for any reasonable offer.

~2yr old, has been used for several hours a day most days, has been overclocked to 3.2Ghz on air for about 50/50 of its lifetime (certainly doesn't overheat it -55'C full load in my case) and hasn't caused had stability problems.

If it's any use to anyone, they're welcome to it for P&P and any reasonable offer on top. Stock heatsink and fan can be chucked in as well if you like, although that's pretty dusty looking lol.

I'll box it up carefully over the weekend and take it to the post office to find out what P&P will cost, shall I? :D

Do you want the HSF as well or just the CPU? A new E6750 will cost about about £100 new but tbh, for £100 you'd pick up something much better too, and this is 18 months old or so... Year-old ones are going on ebay for £40 so £25, plus whatever postage costs are sound fair?

Ach, bit tricky at the mo due to shifts etc - if it's just the processor you're after and not the heatsink and fan (which I belive should be identical to your existing one anyway) - it really shouldn't cost much for the P&P as I've got a ton of bubblewrap already and it's light etc. Shouldn't cost more than a quid or two. If you're after the fan, lemme know and I'll check my shifts for this week.
