If your having trouble playing online on Company of heroes and you have a bt homehub try following what it says on this link, it worked for me and jake and a load of people from my clan

If your on vista and you don't know what to do, go to the start menu > Network. You should then see 2 bt homehub icons, right click on which should be the "Flat" one and go down to properties. Click on settings and follow what the link above tells you to do.
If you don't know how to find your static ip, go into run > cmd > ipconfig and you should see something like IPv4 adress and the ip should be by default 192.168.1.65.
