ACE Mod - Keep It Tidy!

Ok We have all been playing ArmA / A.C.E for a while and have seen some newbies join us recently, but there is one thing I think needs mentioning that all of us have / are at some point guilty of and need to take note of.

Keeping things tidy!

Example:- Dumping your default kit outside the ammo boxes

I find it incredibly annoying as it makes it difficult to access the ammo box if it has stuff laying on and around it.

Also something that is relevant to the current mission we are playing (Domination) but also applies to other missions - If you take a vehicle and wreck it, Please make an attemt to recover it and deposit it where you found it.

Perhaps something that may be considered excessive but I try to do it wherever possable is tidying up dead bodies that are strewn around the airfield (They attract flies).

I know I'm not the only one who gets annoyed by these points so lets try and keep things tidy as we go.

It is annoying trying to get the right 'sweet spot' to enter the ammo box purely because some lazy arse(s) leave a mess on the ground! Don't do it!

And while I'm at it ...

Ammo crates!

When you pick up an ammo crate to take in a chopper/mobile spawn or whatever PLEASE ensure you bring it back when you've finished! You can only get a maximum of 10 crates. If 10 have been taken, only be be strewn around the island, then you can't load any more.

Just so yah'll know.
If you pick up a rocket launcher when you have a rucksack it emptys your rucksack onto the ground. Thus there is a good chance this is an accident rather than someone trying to make a mess.

Think it also does it when you try and put the bag back into the box when it has stuff in it, not sure though.

I think you're probably right there Will. But it only takes a minute to check - and tidy up. Or put the ruck on your back so you can have both. :D

o.O Wait you mean I've been picking peoples stuff up everytime I join the server just to clean up the box.... And other people find it annoying?

I could have pawned the -45- (Yes -45-) M16 Stanag magazines on someone else. Not to mention the missiles from the Javelin.

Hell I just thought Epoch was doing it to annoy me so he could stand in the corner and giggle behind my back.

Yesterday i was worried mostly about the vehicles not so much the little things but i will keep it clean.

Cheese where have you been? i stole a BMP and i need someone to cheerfully get killed in it with me.:)
