Ok i've just reinstalled LockOn on Vista64 and have become aware of a few things of note.
Sound Bugs: If you have a creative card get ALchemy from creative. And enable support for LockOn (pretty obvious, you dont need to change any default settings) This stops the roaring engines and shit like that.

There is another fix for realtek (i think) type cards, of a similar ilk.
(this also supports Arma & BF2, not tested though)
Multi CPU: Disable. I believe it causes CTD. Set affinity to just one cpu. LockOn doesn't like more than one and by default it uses any available cores. The reverse from BS :rolleyes:
