My screen name is "Pvt|Ezrael". I have been playing on your server almost exclusively since I got PR and have always abided by server rules. But yesterday I went afk for 5 minutes or so to check my food and left a friend to get a kit for me once it became available. During this time, he felt the need to try push an admin from the carrier while throwing grenades into the water. I am clear on the fact that this is wrong, but I still think a permanent ban was somewhat excessive? I will not allow this friend to play on my PR account anymore and will make sure that I prevent this in future.
As I stated before, I almost exclusively use your server even when it has low numbers of players, without it I feel my PR experience is much less enjoyable.
Hope you can understand my appeal.

Did your friend also make you shoot in a couple of main bases, smoke the russian main in Kozelsk, spam "Enemy Wheelbarrow Spotted" on Friday and act a general moron for a couple of days? Enough admins were on watching you myself included. The fact that you know this is wrong and still did it just enforces the decision.
The amount of "My friend/sister/brother/dog/cat/crack-hamster got my pc or account" plea's we get mean we instantly ignore it. see this (http://www.tacteam.org/forums/showthread.php?t=1140) thread for details.

Are you sure you have this right person? I have been in squads with people for T&T multiple times, I doubt any rules have been broken on my account since the one time I was banned.
No we probably didn't get the right person. Looks like we got your friend, only he was dressed up as you at the time.

Wow.. I thought you'd act a little maturely on this matter, since you clearly have the wrong person and that was the only time my friend was on my account and it was for a brief 5 minutes.
Over the past few days you were observed:
Smoking the carrier
Grenading choppers on the carrier
Shooting/causing suppression effects around teammates in main bases
Trying to give teammates an early bath
Attacking team vehicles with incendiary nades
Shooting a teammate (admin) when they asked you to stop it.
Ignoring VOIP and chat messages to stop acting like a dickNow I know you've been on the server, and some members have spoken of the good rounds they've had with you. However, that does not excuse this sort of behaviour. We would not accuse you of something if we were not convinced of your guilt (which is why I haven't mentioned the 'wheelbarrow hack'). Oops ..
And don't lecture me about 'maturity'. I'm not the spoilt kid who decided to ruin other people's fun.
An acceptance that you did wrong, and an apology would go a long way.

The last post seems more like what happened, though anything before yesterday was completely accidental and I did not intend to break the rules in any way.
Also, I apologize for any past wrongdoings and incidents, as stated in my 1st post I am aware that this is wrong and will not let it happen again.
And can you tell me everything you know about wheelbarrows?

Ok, we've discussed your appeal.
We don't believe your "it was my friend" story, and to be honest if you'd have been honest and up-front with us we'd have dealt with this rather differently. I've been running game servers since 1996, so I've heard all the lame excuses.
Your behaviour fell way short of that which we expect of guests on our server, and we do not appreciate our game, and that of the people who visit us to have fun, being spoiled by individuals with no self control.
For that reason, the ban will remain in place until Saturday 21 February.
Please PM me on Saturday to request the ban be lifted.
It goes without saying that we'll be watching you (or any alias you subsequently choose) and will not be so lenient in future.
