Normally you would have a frame when you open internetexplorer. I mean the one underneath, with the loadingtile and the coockies things. But its gone  Also now takes ages to open websites. Help please?
I did delete some stuff that only took up memory, and put them back but that didnt help.
Do you mean the status bar?
If so, go to the View Menu and check whether Status Bar is ticked or unticked.

You forgot
Java support flakey, memory useage excessive to add to your Firefox writeups
Oh, and there are quite a few sites it refuses to display correctly. It does a reasonable job of mimicking IE, with some extra features. But hey, if I want to stop spyware, I will immunise using spybot (which does a far better job) and popups don't bother me (Some of them I want), so I would rather close down what I don't want than be forced to check the top of every page I view, to see if it blocked some, and then release them etc etc
Anti microsoft is one thing, but unless you post that from a Linux box, its a bit of a daft argument isnt it?

We are all left with no choice but to use windows. None of the software that we wish to use, such as sof2, HL2, and most other games for that matter support linux. Perhaps there are ways to get them working but not without a great deal of linux knowledge. User-friendly, windows is, but it'd be nice to have a viable and equally user-friendly alternative. Some competition is always good!
What about Opera? :D
Opera sucks. All fat ladies and gay mincing blokies warbling on about fuck all.
In Italian.
Or have I missed something ?
