I think I may have been wrongly banned

Hey, I think I was wrongly banned on Saturday 07/02/2009 during a Qwai River C&C. My in-game name is N(o)X-90

I was squad leader of a USMC infantry squad defending the north bridge from enemy armor trying to cross it.

About 5-10 minutes into the match some players on the chinese team were complaining about a base raper in the Scout Littlebird. I made a comment 'Technically, it's not attacking an uncap flag because there's no flags on CnC' following that, a group of PLC players and an admin (whos name eludes me) decided to gang up on me and start calling me names and telling me to read-the-fucking-manual (I have been playing PR for 2 years and I am familiar with your server rules, your server is among my favourites. It was just a quirky comment I made to make conversation).

This group of PLC players then decided that I must be the one raping their base in the LB even though I was squad leading on foot at the time. This is where I was wrongly banned, the admin decided to ban me without evidence or even asking USMC team who was in the LB - he just took the flamers' word for it.

As a personal witness to this, I call bullshit to the ganging up of, and name calling of yourself.

You were kicked not banned so this is a bit of a no-brainer...

Also, when questioned multiple times if it was you, you didn't deny it.

You were kicked not banned so this is a bit of a no-brainer...

I hope that's the case, the message said I was banned but I hope you're right.

You weren't exactly 'questioning' me, you had jumped to conclusions amongst yourselves - "So you're the one raping!". As for not denying it, I was replying to another of you and before I could get around to replying to you, I was banned.

Firstly you were definately kicked and not banned

Secondly we had baserapers like you said, some folk were reporting it was you, plus saying "its not baserape" dosn't help as well so you were kicked for suspected baseraping, to make an example of the act of baserape and for defending the act of baseraping

lastly I didn't see anyone name calling, perhaps a bit of "fucking baserapers!" but no comments towards you specifically that from T&T

However if you can provide me with a screenshot of said offensive language used towards you then I'll be more than happy to dish out ass whooping where appropriate

Unfortunately I didn't think to take a screenshot at the time so I can't prove Heskey is being dishonest in this thread. The name-calling and swearing didn't come from any T&T member, though.
