reinstalled everything, tried old drivers new drivers windows drivers HGV drivers... all using safe mode
Updated OpenAL and the BF2 Open AL
Audigy SE card
used to work perfectly fine everything dandy, crash and reinstall of XP, done all the biz and now ever since I get awful stuttering and static on radio messages in PR and the sounds of FBs, rallys etc and also fire :S and just baught a new game which gives me shitty static on the loading menu music aswell
All other things sound fine (though perhaps of low quality, cant tell, no comparision) MP3s will play
Majorly pissed off been sat here for three hours trying to sort this, fucking bastard thing

How to for anyone else...
Nuke all Directx and Creative drivers, (rollback to directx 8 summin)
Reinstall Directx 9.0c - Install older Creative drivers (version before the most recent has worked for me) Et Voila! fixy fix
