HL2 motion sickness

Does anyone else suffer motion sickness while playing halflife2?

I have been playing fps games since doom95, and the only 2 games that have ever made me feel sick is hl1 and hl2.

I can't play for more than 10 minutes without feeling ill for the rest of the day. Counter strike has no effect on me, just both the hl games, i even tried the orginal game on ps2 but it had the same effect. I know i've slated this game for being dull but i've paid for the damn thing and would like to complete it. just not in 5 minute goes.

Hint: HL2 players. Play whilst seated in a rocking chair. The relaxing movement of the chair will counteract the effects of the game, and thereby cancel out any motion sickness.
