Any1 used windows 2k pro?

from what i can see winxp is basically win 200 with pretty sprinkles poured on.

i'm wondering if changing to win2k will improve performance due to the lack of fancy shit and few resources being used.

any1 had any experience of this? :blink:

Stu win2k is shite. Besides you can't downgrade from winxp

I use Win2K, and with the latest service pack it's fine. None of this activation thing either! Change your hardware as much as ya want, re-install as much as ya want. I don't know about it using less resources though. The fancy new GUI for XP can be changed to be Win2k like, that's the only thing I know of.
