Request for information on a ban

I'm sorry for how poorly worded and long winded this request will be.

I've just tried to join the T&T all maps server only to get a You have been banned .... message. I have been unable to log on to the server for some time now but I always assumed it was just network troubles but I suspect it has been a ban.

Now I believe it it may have been the result of a mass TK involving a huey or LB on Muttra. I first killed someone with my tail roter. By accident of course. That wasn't all however as I then lifted off in suprise with a full chopper only to crash into what I believe was another chopper leading to 5 or so TKs. I unfortunately left the server straightaway in embarrasment meaning I could not explain myself which may have made it look like a deliberate act. Which I apologise for.

Now this was a terrible accident that was the result of both my suprise at the first TK and my own inexperience with choppers in PR. I have since stopped flying on all maps but training maps until I am confident this will not happen again. So I am asking for an unban with of course a sincere decleration that such a thing will not happen again. Now for the stupid part I do not remember which of my 3 accounts this happened on. It was either FoolToad, Temp_Gecko or Ranaphilia.

So if you would please check to see if this was the reason I was banned and if so maybe you could see about unbanning me. If however this was not the reason or if you do not believe I should be unbanned then I understand.

I don't see any reference to 'FoolToad', 'Temp_Gecko' or 'Ranaphilia' on any of our banlists.

Are you sure the server isn't letting you join because it's full?

I'll need your Punkbuster GUID in order to investigate further.

UPDATE:
I've found your GUID. I can confirm you are NOT on any [T&T] banlist. I suspect you're trying to join the server when it's full (62/64). Keep trying.

I've tried numerous times with all my accounts making sure that the server is not full. I started today when it was around the 40 person mark. I have even created a new account and yet it is still giving me the same message.

Found it!

You were banned for reason 'unknown' by [T&T] Rico_UK on 26/11/08. You must have been banned using BF2CC, and not Punkbuster which the admins are supposed to use.

I prefer that the admins who instigated a ban deal with the unban request, so I'll let Rico sort this out. In the meantime, please be patient.

Right after last night and at the request of a member, i've reinstated the ban.

Do not come on here all weepy and apologetic then go off and do the same bloody thing.

There was no transport at base other than the command truck. I had an engineer kit. I was in a one man squad. It seemed logical to take the truck to somewhere it was needed namely Hilltop Estate. So i began to drive up the most easterly road to Hilltop. On the way I was told by a TnT member to take truck back to base. I proceeded to do this off road for fear of mines and for a bit of fun since I had done nothing remotely fun the whole round. Unfortunatly I became stuck so had to turn round and make my way back onto the road. It was around here that the same Tnt member joined my squad. After saying something I could not make out due to noise of the trucks engine I began to move back to base along the road I had came up on. Halfway along I was asked by the commander to take the truck back to hilltop. So I once again turned around only to be kicked. Hardly fair when I had listened to both the Tnt member and commander but had been held up by terrain and noise.
