Banned :/

Hi guys.

I recently got banned from your PR Insurgency server. The reason was baserape.
I am pretty new to this game, started playing two days ago, so I am not very familiar with the maps yet and sometime I forget which one is which.
In this case I accidently shot one or two APC rounds on a suicide truck inside the palace on Al Bashra(spelling?) but as soon as I realized that was the insurgents main base I stopped.
The reason I shot was that I had the map confused with some other and thought that the mosque in the middle of the map was their main. If I knew what I was shooting in to was the insurgents main base I would have never done it.

I am really really sorry and it will never happen again if I get unbanned.

You were observed firing more than one or two shots, by myself and the person you blew away - two admins.
There were warning messages going out repeatedly by two admins and people still argued and did what they wanted.
Those bans will not be lifted and neither will this one - yet. Ignorance is not an excuse.

I think you banned the driver to the APC aswell, I can't remember his name but maybe you can see the time stamp on the ban and you can see he was banned right before me. If so, unban at least him, because he didn't do anything. It was me who made a mistake,he was just the driver.

The driver knew full well where he was and what he was doing, ergo he is just as guilty.
When will people understand that we pay for OUR server therefore it's our rules or find elsewhere

I am the admin that banned you & also the player u baseraped!

Before that event I typed out several warnings not to rape palace & even went Brit commander to warn all squad leaders in plain english!

I really couldn't do more to warn players about base rape as insurgents were getting spawncamped by several brit players!

I accept you say you are new to the game however that does not mean you can't read game chat warning you to not baserape.

Your ban from the T&T servers will last one week - please post here in a weeks time asking for it to be lifted - it will not be auto removed if u don't.

Hmm are you sure? I knew I fired on that suicide truck, I don't know how many shots but not enough to blow it up anyway. It was damaged but intact when I stopped firing. I never shot inside the main compound anymore after that. I never even shot a civilian ;)

As before, I admit what I did was wrong. But I didn't do it on purpose, it was an honest mistake. I saw the warning going out that said the next one who fires in to the main will be banned and had I known that compound was the main I would have never fired, that's for sure. Because being banned from your server is the last thing that I want.

So please, give a beginner one more chance?

You will have one more chance - in a weeks time..!

We don't ban players lightly & have an active admin team to enforce our few rules.

We don't enter into debates over such matters when the evidence is clear cut - as in this case.

We also don't hold grudges & you will be welcome in a weeks time provided you read & abide by our rules

Yeah he probably knew it was your main, although we were only passing it to get further down the map to get to some caches.

Ok, I am really sorry. As I said before I knew about the warnings, I just didn't know where your main was. Anywho, I'll guess I have to wait one week.
