Guys, I just did a quick search of Game-Monitor.com.

Numbers of CURRENT Players, excluding any server with 1 player on it:
Project Reality: 645
BF2:Special Forces: 615
BF2:Euro Forces: 140
BF2:Armoured Fury: 86
Forgotten Hope 2: 55
Operation Peacekeeper: 33
Eve of Destruction 2: 0
Nations at War: 10
US Intervention: 0
Desert Conflict: 0



Of course, numbers are skewed by the fact we're 48 hours post-release of a new version, the BF2:SF/EF/AF guys are unlikely to be players of the other mods whilst the new PR players are likely to be users of other mods, so we've probably pinched the players from them for the weekend rather than from the vBF2 community.

But still, right now, PR is a more popular niche than any of the three DICE-produced expansion packs.

Euro Forces was utter poooo, but I liked Armored Fury. Especially that Amish looking map.

Yeah it seems the boosters died a quick death - they were absolutely awesome fun testing them though. 64 guys in the same room having playtests wasn't the hardest days work ;)

The best map in AF was the one with the train tracks going through it, possibly harvest? It used to have a train that actually went through every so often which entertained us no end till we kept breaking it :D

I never played AF or EF, seems like no point bothering if PR is number 1 ! :D

I think Masaq et al deserve a bloodly large beer & a week somewhere exotic :p

1404 players... jesus, right now that's about 1/11th of the entire BF2 playerbase. Almost 10% of BF2 owners with the game running this evening are playing PR.
