Hey guys, seems we've a problem here

I was leading as commander on Ejod map.
Talking to a friend of me who was squad leader 1 : [COL] Gajakerona...FR, in french of course (http://www.gametracker.com/server/85.236.103.12:16567/player/%5BCOL%5D%20Gajakerona...FR/)
then suddenly this guy : FUS Mike[EEF]
just start shooting at me like "fuck you" "fuck french" etc
woooh great .... i just answer him that yes he can fuck me i like that, i'm gay, and i got banned :) by [T&T] vilhelm123 (http://www.gametracker.com/player/%5BT%26T%5D%20vilhelm123/) or [T&T] MadTommy or [T&T] Sadist_Cain
I don't know that be a victim of a crazy rascist will make me ban from your server, really impressive good job admins ... what else to say .. no comment ?
have u ever been to china ? some of u should go there ...
and after all the best is that i was talking to these unbrain player in english but.... you know the end.

If you are asking us to consider the ban or even discuss it, you will need to do so politely!

As you can see from the other requests re bans, we treat every case on it's merits.

Ok, here goes:
Where the hell do you get off writing that? That's a sure way to get your ban permanent. The admin who banned you, banned you for a reason. Associating us with China is racist, inflammatory and we can do you for defimation of character, so how would you like that.

At first when i saw the FUS Mike[EFF] i was sympathetic, until i read through your post.

In my opinion, if that's your attitude then the ban won't be lifted.

As far as i'm concerned it stays, the admin who did it would not of banned you without good reason.

Ok.. it was me that banned you. After i gave you a warning.

Let me 1st say this has NOTHING to do with race, language or anything else alone those lines.

I had immediate complaints from numerous players as soon as you became commander... you were shouting over voip to all squads.. all that could be heard was un-understandable rant with FUCK & GAY as every other word.

I warned you...for this VOIP violation.

You then as commander ran players over at the main base.. and drove off without picking up ANY players. After more complaints i banned you.


I/we are presently deciding on the length of your ban. Will let you know.
