Banned because someone else was teamkilling me (wtf)

ok about 5 minutes ago i just got banned because this arxcis guy kept teamkilling me for the heli and then planted b4 on it and blew it up while i was inside then the admin said you both get a 1 day ban he must of killed me about 5 times so why the fk did i get a ban??

basically yeh ok i teamkilled him once becuase at the time he killed me like 3/4 times and was starting to piss me off so i killed him and then i stopped and he carried on teamkilling me and wasting assets and thats basically the full story on my side.

k i apologise for comming on here and sounding like a dick, i will be more polite, basically it started when i was in the merlin on basarah and i was at main waiting for people to transport when all of a sudden some guy blows the heli up and then i waited for it to respawn again and when it did and i got in it that arxcis guy teamkilled me out then i went to wait for it again and he couldnt get in because he just teamkilled so i got in and then he teamkilled me again so then i killed him because he was just pissing me off and i know i shoulodnt of done it back but admins wernt doing anything about it and then i went for the choppa again and he planted cf in it and blew it up and then we both got banned.

we were on last night and it was on gulf of oman and i was in the cobra and he did the exact same bullshit, to be honest he should be perm banned but thats not my decision.

btw i didnt see a warning if u did warn because i was to busy argueing with him and getting tk'ed.
next time i wont tk back because i can't be bothered to get banned again, but you can understand how frustrating it is though.

so am i still banned for 1 day or can i have a second chance, i dont see why i shud be banned for argueing when he was pissing me off on purpose.

Tommy has said the ban will be for one day - hell of a lot better than the normal week for revenge tk's!!

I've seen you get into a few fights on our server because you like to fly - thats where a lot of the tardness happens!!

No problem with you flying - just take a screenshot of any tk's etc & you will always have our quick support to ban the tard.

It's why I don't fly - can't be bothered!

Enzo.. there was an admin on at the time, Viglen. He was also leading an infantry squad, trying to enjoy a game.

However i dont believe that if you asked for an admin and explained that someone was tking for the chopper and C4ing it.. it wouldn't have been ignored. As you have found out, our admins are active and very willing to kick/ban trouble makers. You may have to ask a couple of times...but it would not have gone unanswered.

I'm afraid the ban will stay... it's only one day. If Viglen wants to lift it it's up to him...however.. if it makes you feel better the other person seemingly starting the trouble will be looked into.. and if your version can be backed up his ban will be FAR longer.

i did i said a few times i was getting teamkilled and asked for an admin a few times, i swear, and nothing was being done, i didnt just get teamkilled by that guy i got teamkilled by 2 other guys aswell before that, but they did it once each which is enough times to be honest and then i asked for an admin and he didnt answer and then that incident wid tht arxcis guy happened and the admin let him teamkill me about 4/5 times and blew the choppa up and i reported it, but anyways whatever thanks for the 1 day ban instead of a week and we'l just leave it there and ill see you guys tomorrow.
