View Full Version : Lomac Movies....
Ok i thought i'd try a quick lomac movie.. so here it is.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BNzZSdI3_nY
Due to size of youtube vids it hard to see what is going on... when i have time i'll encode a better version.
Sound is a bit funky... due to the afterburners... but i wiped this up very quick so its not of the best quality in regards of editing & sound etc. It could do with a soundtrack as well.
But i wanted to see how it all worked... pretty easy really. Enjoy
P.S The method:
Open a mission
from menu select.. Record Track.. mission will start.
Fly mission, you will be promted for a file name for the track when you finish mission.
NB: Then in menu go to Edit Track.. you then edit the views you want. Save track
Playback track and record using Fraps.
Use TMPGEnc to compress raw AVi
Use editing software to make you movie
Encode... good luck.
Nice.
The advice that Glowing Amraam always gives is that you record it into a track, then while you playback the track and record it in FRAPS, you set the playback rate at half-speed to keep a stable FPS, and then when video editing you speed it up back to normal speed.

Well i ended up with 2 sound packs... as seen above.
So it's either High Performance RvE soundpack or =TuAF= Realistic Sound.. i think its the TuAF one... but cant be sure.
It's the =TuAF= Realistic Sound pack.
1. removed by admin - we do not condone software theft
2. press Y twice to get ride of that tag below the screen ( info tab ).
3. SHIFT+J <-- use it when ur recording vids. gives a nice feeling.
4. as <table border="0" cellpadding="0" cellspacing="6" width="100%"><tbody><tr><td nowrap="nowrap">Eruntalon (http://www.tacteam.org/forums/member.php?u=204) <script type="text/javascript"> vbmenu_register("postmenu_11990", true); </script>
</td><td width="100%">
</td></tr></tbody></table>
said, record it half speed and then put the playback speen on 2x.
in this way you get stady fps and a smooth vid.
