I want to set up some way of allowing people to contact us (e.g. for an admin) using IRC.

We've tried IRC before, with varying degrees of success. If I can get the right bots then we might have something useful.

I need to get 'L' (or even better 'Q') into the channel.

So, I need people to idle in #tacteam on Quakenet please.
